Monday: agilty training (about 10min) + sprints 1x each full recovery between reps: 50m, 100, 200m, 300m
Tuesday: O-lifting & squatting followed by a wt room based met-con
Wednesday: sprints (normally something like 10x 40yds with full recovery)
Thursday: O-lifting & squatting followed by a met con with running
Friday: off
Sat: O-lifting + sometimes a met con
Sunday off
let me say that I am not training for the games... if i were doing that I'd ignore the o-lifts and focus on my weaknesses... ( extreme high rep anything, double unders, swimming, wall balls)
