Ihan kohtuullisesti liha tarttunut.
Brunnebyn mehua
)
Hyvää on.
I don't understand how the multi-quote works, also sorry for writing in English ;D.
I'm the person in the photos and I stumbled upon this post 1.5+ year ago and thought it was nice that the back picture was still there and available but sadly that's just about the only one accessible nowadays =P
In reality I did start to work out in May 2002 but after having done so for a short while I weighted myself at the gym and I kinda think it may have shown 67 kg (at 1.72) and I thought "omg I'm fat" beucase I had been 58 before or something. Maybe it was less than that?
So during that first year I dropped to 58 instead of gaining muscle. Then I was out of gym for one month because I singed up at the wrong place so I didn't eat as I should and lost another 4 kg down to 54, this would be in June 2003.
These images are from 2003 and July 2003:
In November 2003 I had likely gained weight but I still had low body fat:
Over to 2007 I gained weight and look more flubby:
I kinda feel like I must have done something very right in 2008 because things improved a lot:

There's more flexing in that one and that is from like December 2008 possibly November. I don't know if I've saved more photos from it, guess I can take some more screenshot.

I kinda feel I haven't called myself xJohanx ever? Though I was vegan and occassionally I didn't drink but not right then. Could had been a thing on the veganfitness board but unlikely there either.
Sadly I wasted the gains, body and life I enjoyed for not much good reason (basically one guy at the gym being a bit of a duche and once I was informed him and another guy had watched my videos and I imagined they had made fun of them but what do I know and also at a later time he started to remove weights from the bench I was using when I fetched water arguing it was for lifters only at that time then but I have had a license and kinda thought that would concept was shit and unfair and elitist and what not, 99% of the members at the gym didn't had a license I guess but were still paying so ...)
I've never used vitamin T and maybe no-one think I have, but right at that time in 2008 I used a lot but EAA/BCAA instead of soy protein isolate which I felt was inferior, I may have eaten more cleanly as I did that for some very short time (had calculated things on nutritiondata and basically exact grams of various vegetables and seeds and stuff to try to reach 100+% of everything from just food), I did use White Flood as PWO at the time which was the most intense but I also drank a lot of tea and used 200-400 mg caffeine at gym with the creatine, tyrosine, taurine, acetyl-l-carnitine, ginkgo-biloba, theobromine, cissus, ALA, beta-alanine, citrulline-malate, arginine-malate, EGCG, rhodiola rosea (vegan omega 3 too). I may have done the widow maker squats back then but if so not much of other things because 20 rep squat is so tiresome. I definitely did T-nation I, bodybuilder - I think some exercises is stupid or overly complicated in that one and I don't like all the set variations equally much (I do think 1, 3, 1, 3 and then 10 at lower weight is nice though.) Before or about at that time I sometimes took upwars 20 km rides on inlines sometimes and for some time before I had done more like 1h30m-2h more typical workout programs so pretty high volume and time and kinda more towards the start at that gym I did the Bill Starr's 5x5 Madcow variation program (like 5x5 squat, benchpress, barbell row - 1x5 squat, 5x5 deadlift, 5x5 military press, 5x5 pullups - 5x5 same as the first one but this time with increasing weights over the sets.)
At the best of times I did do one arm pullups with the "resting" arm around the grabbing arms wrist and could do about 15 pullups and 25/25+ dips though I used extra weight for them at workouts.
For nutrition I've done anything from eating once a day in the night to eating 6 times a day and I grew up on sandwiches with nothing on, maybe chocolate milk later tea and potatoes and have eaten quite a bit of chocolate but also as said tried to eat very cleanly too. For protein I started with soy flour which become soy concentrate which become soy isolate which then become EAA which then become also BCAA supplements for some reason. My teeth got acid erosion so can't recommend that. Now I buy pea protein because it exist. I've always eaten less than optimal amounts of protein I guess but right about then at the peak I actually remember making some meals simply black beans from can with ketchup so .. :D. I guess it's the vegan version of a can of tuna.
It could had been done better and I fucked it up but ..
Also as I recall it doing something like I, bodybuilder is something I could accept doing for that period like say 2 months and similarly trying to do Smolow Squat program which I may only have done later is something I kinda almost could manage but it's wearing and harsh as fuck (for me..) so I feel like one could have those more intense periods for a shorter amount of time but then may have dropped off. I know I used to show up late and do just 30 minutes workouts sometimes too. Possibly with less result but I guess not much of a negative impact vs not working out at all.
One other thing which stopped it was that I started playing boardgames at the university and eventually focused on that. Only reason I haven't been working out really though is that I always feel ashamed going back being small and weak but of course just about no-one or no-one cares so that's just stupid. Complete waste and I shouldn't had done so.
Also my life has kinda always been a crappy one so the mental side have just about never been good or better
I don't know if it's to any help to anyone but whatever
. Thanks for holding my images! :D. wish I had all!

I later got kettle bells and gymnastic rings and later still some Abilica bag you can load with 50 kg and use but I kinda haven't really used them. Also had a home made medicine ball back there in 2008 which I brought to the gym and such. You're welcome or please don't hate me or whatever :D
