Ite käytän tehonlisääjiä aina aamutreeneissä. Craze potkii todella hyvin. Salilta ei huvita lähteä pois. Mielessä tuntuu, että kyl jaksaa vielä painaa ainaki 5 toistoo mutta todellisuudessa ei enää liikahda painot.
Jotenkin toi craze tuntuis vaikuttavan aivoihin tosi hyvin. Mulla ainaki tulee tosi hyvä fiilis ja tuntuu, että olisin voittamaton. Sit seuraavan päivän yleensä paikat iha paskana, ku reenannu iha liikaa :/
