This year we had 25 athletes in the Olympia...
Shaun Clarida regained his title. Derek Lunsford was few points away from taking home the Olympia title. Jessica Reyes finished 2nd in the figure Olympia and Ariel took 3rd in the Fitness Olympia.
The journey with the team all the to Las Vegas was an adventure to say the least. When we got here it was pedal to the metal linking up with athletes, team workouts, dinners, expo and main event stage competition.
This was the 3rd year of doing our huge team and ambassador house during the Olympia weekend. The hospitality concept is always a fun challenge with bringing enough food and entertainment with us to celebrate our industry's premier event.

Guy Cisternino and Branch Warren are no strangers to Iron World Tours. Since 2019 we have been to London, Sweden, Denmark, China, New York, all over Florida, California and then some. In 2022 we set off with Guy and Branch on 2 massive Iron World Tours, one back to Sweden for 13 days and then a full week in Las Vegas featured here on the Iron World channel.

Here we catch up with them at Elev8tion Fitness right across the street from the GASP and Better Bodies "bunker" (as Guy likes to call it), for an early morning biceps and triceps session before another busy day of "shaking babies and kissing hands" with the GASP & Better Bodies inner team and ambassadors.

Life is won by people who risk it. People who bet on themselves and go for it.

Jordan Hutchinson won the 2021 NPC USA Overall and is visiting his coach Chris Tuttle here in DFW. "I have always wanted to visit destination. it has been a bucket list item for a while now."

Justin, Chris and videographer Clive, hit up destination and meet the whole crew during some product testing and a company wide meeting to introduce himself and talk upcoming plans. "I got up to an off season weight of about 290lb and we are looking at the Texas Pro for my debut."

The Texas Pro, in the last 2 years has become an immensely popular and by default STACKED competition. It is pretty bold to claim something and put all of you focus behind it, hence the provocative thumbnail caption. As mentioned earlier, life is won by people who claim lofty goals and then put all their focus behind it and back it up.

Courage Opara has been able to make consistent improvements and refinements to his physique despite the 192lb weight cap that he has to make for his height.
Last year Courage won 2 professional competitions but decided to sit the Olympia out because of the over 60 pro athletes competing there. "At the Arnold, the line up is way smaller so you'll definitely get a look. And it's all the top competitors from the Olympia minus Bumstead."

Courage and Ray Baker, Courage's coach, both agree that it would be awesome to see every athlete at their personal ideal weight for their structure and make the men's classic physique division more like the women's where a weight cap is not used at all.

We expect the Classic guys will be a huge highlight and wildly competitive at this year's Arnold Classic. See you all there as we make our way to Columbus with a big part of our athlete roster and inner team!

This was one helluva meet-up with our celebration for Shaun Clarida and Nathalia Melo. Having won the 212 Olympia and Bikini Olympia in 2022 and 2012 respectively, we hosted another "low-key" get together, as Michael Johansson likes to say, in honor of these two champions.

In typical meet-up fashion we had a packed house with guys like Johnny Green narrowly missing a 550lb incline bench PR and Joe Mackey training for his 1000lb deadlift. Aaaaand of course we had plenty of protein with 2 barbecues going with chicken breast and wagyu tenderloin.

It was an everything, everywhere, all at once situation for this meet-up and celebration but was an epic memorable experience and we hope to catch you at the next one!

The atmosphere smacks you in the face at West Coast Iron.
When you get a bunch of people who live and breathe training in a building, THAT is probably the main component to that epic GYM feel. "We are individually hand picking each machine. 90% of the equipment has been replaced over the last 5 years." Stephen Didoshak had his rookie season last year in the 212 division and is currently preparing for the Van City Pro. He explains how he started bodybuilding, being an owner of West Coast Iron and his goals moving forward in the Pro ranks.

West Coast Iron... we will have to come back asap! Best of luck Dido with the prep!
