Hey, guys, I've got some pretty unexpected news to share with you all. So, picture this: I'm out here in the beautiful Cayman Islands, soaking up the sun, feeling great, I make a pit stop to use the bathroom and then bam! Out of nowhere, my tricep tendon decides to do its own thing and rip right out. Yeah, talk about a plot twist, right.... in this video I give you all the details.

Believe me, I was just as shocked as you are hearing this. I mean, I've been training hard, pushing my limits, and then this happens. But hey, that's life, isn't it? Full of surprises.

Now, don't worry too much, I'm getting the best care possible, and I'm determined to bounce back stronger than ever. It's just a little setback in the grand scheme of things. After all, challenges like these are what make us champions, right?

So, while I might be taking a temporary break from my usual routine, I'll be keeping you all updated on my journey to recovery. And who knows, maybe this will inspire some of you to push through your own obstacles too.

I’ll be showing you the entire process, from the pre-surgery nerves to the operating room, and of course, my immediate post-surgery reactions.
