I've been through seven weeks of hell waiting to get back into the gym.
In the last couple weeks, I started training lightly again under Dr. Clarfield's orders, but I've not been able to let loose.
Now I finally got the green light from Dr. Clarfield to go back to what I love: All out sacrifice in the gym.
