" Today My results was okay, taking Into concern that i haven't trained powerlifting for the last 2 months. I have Just done cardio and ate many chickens. It's hard to take things like that Into concern, you Just think what is your personal best. Well Today i did 116 / 112,5 / 185 kg. Squat -20 kg from my PR, bench -10 kg and dl -30 kg.
Can't wait to start training towards new PR's ! Im done with cardio and diet. Now i want to be stronger. "
