Today, Hunter and Lee Labrada are diving into an intense push workout that's perfect for those looking to gain size on their chest and shoulders with tips on how to train near a bodybuilding competition. Set backs are a set up to sling shot forward...Hunter finally was able to get shredded last year. Unfortunately that year's competition season was way too long and this hindered his Olympia result despite winning Tampa in his season opener.Fast forward to 2024, Ben Chow and Hunter figured out his gut issues and things are flying. Hunter has added size without pushing food (gut was able to absorb nutrients) and is now losing fat without pushing cardio or anything that would compromise his recovery.

Here Hunter is training push with Jordan Vanderflier who is preparing for this years NPC Nationals and Roy Evans who is planning on competing in 2025. In addition to his guy health changes, Hunter also implemented a lot of changes to his lifts and lifting techniques which he explains here.
