You know him online as chrispantanosquats. Chris Pantano hailing from Boston, qualified for Nationals last year at the Texas Pro/Am and spent a full year training for this year's NPC Nationals in DFW.
Here we put together some RAW cell phone clips that Chris and IFBB Pro Ashlyn Jayde captured and sent in. Chris is known to have some impressive strength and being 6 weeks out, as you can see from these chest, shoulder and leg day clips, he is holding on to his strength as we get down to the wire for Nationals.

Here is 2 hours of some never before told stories from these bodybuilding and fitness industry veterans.
Guy Cisternino, Branch Warren, Jose Raymond, Michael Johansson and new IFBB Pro Bobby Cartalemi talk about past supplement sponsor scenarios, lessons learned about respect, integrity, gritty workouts and what it means to be the hardest worker in the room.

!NEW SERIES ALERT!
We figured we always have something going on so we will pick a random week day 2-3 times a month and show EXACTLY what is happening here at DESTINATION. The good the bad the ugly and the weird. AND... like always, the lifting. Here on this Thursday we had the big athlete quarterly meeting and Jordan Hutchinson stopped in after informing every one that he and his wife have moved to the Metroplex. We catch Bree'Anna Lucero on the step mill 3 weeks out from NPC Nationals. Then we see the fellas in the shipping part of the business and see what they are doing in preparation for black Friday. Then Jordan trains arms and gives a few tips.

We are deep in the city of Stockholm and hitting up Delta Gym for one of the first meet-ups of the trip. Delta Gym is a hardcore bodybuilding gym and much like Dorian Yates Temple gym, the lifting floor is downstairs with smaller individual rooms instead of the massive warehouse set ups we have seen pop up all over the world recently.
After training we get lunch and then take the short boat ride to Birka Island where we get an awesome education on the Vikings, their lifestyle and how brilliant they were to be able to travel the world and trade with other cultures.
Stay tuned for more from Sweden.

We are in Stockholm Sweden and the crew links up to check out the Gymleco headquarters. James Hollingshead, who is opening his new gym along with TBJP is checking out a couple pieces of "kit" prior to opening.
Massive thanks to Gymleco and hosting us for a tour and lunch and the great collaboration with the team both in Sweden and in the USA.
After the tour we grubbed and hit the weights at SS Lifestyle. Just one of the crew stops in Sweden. Stay tuned for more from this trip and the non stop Iron World Tour.

Zac Leason was straight off a 24 hour journey from his home in the UK direct to DESTINATION. He has recently earned his professional status in the IFBB and is preparing for a 1.5-2 year offseason which is the time required to build what's needed to be competitive in today's bodybuilding circuit.

What do Branch Warren and Guy Cisternino say about gym etiquette and respect and how they learned about it growing up.

Metroflex has been a beacon of success through grit and determination for over 30 years. After Ronnie Coleman brought it global recognition as "Home of Mr. Olympia" Brian Dobson franchised the brand and locations popped up around the country with the same core values.
Metroflex Austin has those same values along with a tight knit family vibe where the owner Shea Menchaca has the members backs in more ways than one. In a capitalistic system it is easy to get carried away with profits over people, its a balancing act to make a good living without losing what makes you human in the first place. Shea is doing just that.

Ed Brown is tag teaming back and biceps with training and business partner Brad. They discuss what they get out of Metroflex and how bodybuilding continues to enrich their lives.

Here we are back in beautiful Stockholm. We visit the office and get a vibe check on our Swedish family. We learn a little about Swedish office culture and dig into the old Better Bodies and GASP catalogues.
Then, inevitably, we all train!
Did they pass the vibe check

It's Nationals week/weekend and we have Jordan Hutchinson, Stuart Sutherland & Hunter in town (Garret lives here). So they all link up to train arms at destination.
GASP proudly presents said ARM DAY to you now in an epic highlight, makaveli motivationesque + Beef Stu one liners paired oddly extremely well with hip hop and rock music tracks.
Catch these guys at the NPC Nationals and good luck Jordan Vanderflier.

Whats better than seeing these dudes how they really are, how they really act and how they lift set for set. There is some editing and music just for pacing but for the most part, its RAW when it counts. Stuart Sutherland is in town to attend Nationals and link up with the guys at Destination.
On this particular day we link up with hometown homeboy Garrett Danzey for chest and shoulders or PUSH, as the kids say these days.

It is great to emulate something someone else has done and then to follow in their footsteps, but it is also important to find your own circumstances/situation, recognize that your life is your own and to do it YOUR WAY.
Ed Brown got his start in the Shawn Michaels wrestling academy, then went on to competitive bodybuilding and powerlifting. He won the Universe twice and had his share of "knicks" and injuries pushing his own limits through the years...
Now, he has his daughter Juniper and is focused on being the best father he can to her while transforming people's lives out in Austin, Texas and preparing for the Master's Worlds in 2024.
"Its not about finishing your story, you write your own story every day!"

Arnold Classic Champion IFBB Pro Samson Dauda and IFBB Pro Classic Physique competitor Urs Kalecinski hit a back workout at Factory Gym in Witham, Essex.

Fouad Abiad, Sam Sulek & Ben Chow train chest at the Mecca Gold's Gym in California.

A lot happens in a year... Here is a brief highlight reel of the training, traveling, meet ups and events in 2023.
Thank you all for being part of them and for tuning in.
We will be bringing everything to you all here in 2024!
