Bent legged deadlift, straight legged deadlift, power clean, power pull, or power snatch 4x5 (or 5x3 for cleans, pulls, or snatches)
Bench Press (barbell or dumbbell)(or floor press) 4x5
Sandbag Walk (one time)
Side bends 2x8-15
Auxiliary work as on Day 1 (optional)
