Nykyään vetelen rahkani ilman rypsäriä. Olen siksi valinnut päivän viimeiseksi ateriaksi kananmunat+kalaöljytabut. Erittäin alhainen insuliini indeksi ja viidestä kananmunasta saa protskua yöksi (ei ihan kaseiinin veroista "hitaudessa" mutta tiedä sitten.
