This is all I eat in preparation for my pro bodybuilding shows in 2025. Now - at 9 weeks out under the guidance of my coach - George Farah.
 



My current chest workout at only 9 weeks out of the first pro competition for the season - Pittsburgh Pro, followed by New York Pro a week later.
 



This is my favorite workout for biceps and triceps. 8.5 weeks out of the first pro show in 2025 - Pittsburgh Pro.
