Ohut,
Onko sulla heittää jotain hyvää lähdettä tiedollesi. Kreatiinia kuitenkin tutkittu aika paljon. Itse löysin ainakin seuraavat:
"Moreover, some research suggests that increased cellular hydration and/or increased PCr may stimulate protein synthesis or decrease protein degradation, possibly increasing FFM (Clark 1997; Ingwall 1976; Volek and Kraemer 1996; Volek et al. 1997a, 1997b)."

"No additional anabolic effect was observed after creatine supplementation"
http://ajpendo.physiology.org/cgi/content/full/285/5/E1089
<hr>
"in comparison to controls, creatine supplementation (6 g/day x 12 weeks)
during resistance training (6–8 repetitions at 85–90%; 3xweeks) significantly increased total body mass, FFM, and thigh volume, 1 RM strength, myofibrillar protein content, Type I, IIa, and IIx myosin heavy chain (MHC) mRNA expression, and MHC protein expression. This study provides strong evidence that creatine supplementation during intense resistance training leads to greater gains in strength and muscle mass."

"creatine supplementation resulted in a net gain in lean mass"
http://jap.physiology.org/cgi/content/full/94/2/651
