BB PRO Keone Pearson

Jos pitää paikkansa, ettei ole intohimoa diettaa kunnolla, vaan on aikaisemmin päässyt ainoastaan, valmentajan mukana ololla kuntoon, erittäin harmillinen asia.
Kuitenkin potenttiaalia on vaikka mihin. Ei millään pahalla, mutta kasvoista ja kehosta päätellen oli ihan muuta kuin kunnossa ja kireä.
Kasvot ja posket oli erittäin pulleat/pyöreät.

Now Keone has announced his intentions on returning to classic physique for 2022 and he seems hyped and gassed up to further his own career and his time NOW and moving forward. "On to the NEXT!" - Keone Pearson

Last time we caught up with Keone he said he'd link back up with us after he wins Tampa. Needless to say here we are with Keone getting an update on how Tampa went and why he teamed up with Ray Baker at destination for his Olympia prep. Ray Baker is known for a very unique approach executing exercises. His "set-up" for a lot of exercises is based on how you want to look onstage. He draws attention to how you hold your chest and maintain your core muscles during each individual exercise.

IFBB Pro's Quinton Eriya and Stephen Didoshak hit up Keone Pearson while visiting Destination 6 weeks out from the 2022 Mr. Olympia. As you all may know, Keone teamed up with Patrick Tuor a few weeks out from the Chicago pro and won it for the 2nd straight year. Now Keone has had more time to prep under the guidance of Patrick, is very strong as evidenced in this chest training video and is looking hungry in the hunt for a serious run at this years title. Quinton and Stephen are both from Canada however from opposite ends. Stephen is co owner of West Coast Iron (Ultra Badass Gym) along with Ron Partlow up in Vancouver. Quinton, 6'2'' and 310lbs is from the other end of Canada near Toronto. Both of these guys are climbing the ranks of the IFBB while focusing on doing the necessary to win vs just compete.

They link up with Keone and let him lead this 3 man chest session. Check it out and tune back in for more Olympia prep as we get inside 5 weeks to the big competition. Quinton may or may not be looking to dethrone Bumstead here soon..
