Acclimated to my new environment - had a great chest workout, if you guys follow me on Instagram you've already seen posing clips from it. I'm doing everything in my power to maximize my time out here in Denver, and documenting as much as I can.
A full day in my life as I continue my prep to get back on the Olympia stage! Had a great shoulder workout and massage session, and I show you what life looks like when I'm not in the gym.
I wish every workout was a good one, but, in reality - I'm pushing through, whether it's a good one or not.
Keeping it real with you guys in this video and showing you what it's really like when I'm not in the best headspace during a workout. Having the support of a coach like Watty makes getting through days like these a lot more manageable, and I've been having a way better week of training back home - new video coming very soon.
I haven't felt this good in a while... I'm gonna try to carry this momentum into my last few weeks of prep with Watty in Colorado - I'm gonna be out there until the week before Olympia. It's a big commitment, but I'm doing everything I can to bring the best package this year.
It's not easy being away from home... it's a big sacrifice for me. Especially knowing I'm not flying back for almost a month this time. I'm all in now - training has been great recently, I've been feeling better, and it's showing in my physique. Only gets better from here.
You guys asked for a full day of eating and a cheat meal, so here's both... and some answers to your questions from my recent community post.
TOTAL MACROS:
337g protein - 840g carbs - 137g fat - 5,941 calories; usually my cheat day is higher clean carbs throughout the day and a cheat meal at the end, I haven't done a cheat day like this my entire prep.
Getting a little more shredded every day...

It's getting to that part of prep... my energy is going down, I'm on lower carbs, but I'll be fighting it out for the next couple weeks to bring in my best package.
Back to depleting... had some chicken adobo on Saturday morning, but gonna be lower carb this week leading up to peak week.
Celebrating my 33rd birthday, I brought a cake to Jacked Culture and held a meetup for everyone in my hometown that wanted to come out and see me before Olympia. I was blown away by everyone that came, I appreciate all of you. Friday, I wrapped up my last workout at home, and flew out to Orlando Saturday morning.
As of upload - me and Joven are together, in Orlando, depleting for the next few days. Watty will be joining us soon.
Joven and I got to Orlando on Saturday, and hit our first workout on Sunday, 6 days out from the Olympia. Met a ton of fans and other athletes at the gym, thank you to everyone for all the support!
Joven and I are on our final depletion. Energy is low, but we're still doing everything we can to be the best - getting our cardio in, getting our meals in, and training hard in the gym.
