Sinänsä ei huono idea, koska tuollainen kombo on ihan pätevä... ja hyvin lähellä sitä mitä itsekin tulee otettua.
Poliquinin setti siis on elektrolyytti/mineraali-jauhetta + 40g bcaa + kreatiinia + arginiinia + beta-alaniinia
Minä ainakin otan just ennen treeniä: kreatiini + beta + bcaa + sitrulliinia, koska se ajaa saman asian kuin arginiini mutta paremmin
Ja sitten treenin aikana: bcaa + urheilujuomajauhe (tämä sisältää elektrolyyttejä/mineraaleja + jonkin verran hiilaria)
Mitä Poliquinin komboon tulee, niin lähinä bcaa määrä tuntuu aika korkealta ja mikä siinä on että ei ukko pysty tekeen jauheita, mitkä sitten voi vetää juomana.
