One of my 3 lower body session of the week. This is my Thursday session on my high day, so there’s a bit more volume for the quads. My key during these sessions are to focus on bring tension the legs and not on the lower back. This allows me to train these muscle groups more thoroughly and focused. These workout are not about just moving heavy weights around for the sake of it but to strategically target the tissue effectively and recover before the next leg session of the week.
The final phase 3 of my leg session for the week leading into the Arnold Classic 2025. Filmed under 4 weeks out. Trying to keep the intensity high while being sensible. This is my Sunday session followed by my next let session on Tuesday, so managing fatigue and recovery is a must while dieting.
