The Rogue CG-1X X Grip Cable Attachment is a versatile 2-in-1 cable machine attachment designed to offer three different grip options in one compact attachment. Designed in collaboration with Nick Gills, the dual-handle configuration allows athletes to switch between neutral, supinated, and pronated grips without changing attachments. Made in the USA and featuring 1/4" aluminum or heavy duty steel side plates with laser-cut Rogue branding, both options are coated in a rugged texture black powdercoat finish for heavy duty use.

The Rogue CG-1X X Grip Cable Attachment features 32MM diameter, 5” long knurled aluminum handles for a secure, controlled grip during every rep. Designed with our signature Ohio knurling, the same knurl pattern used on our flagship Ohio Bar that has been used by elite athletes for over a decade, it provides enhanced grip during close-grip cable exercises like lat pulldowns and low rows. With handles spaced 8” apart on-center, this attachment allows for your choice of a neutral grip position that reduces strain on the wrists and shoulders, or angled pronated and supinated grip options to better target various muscle groups.

With the aluminum and heavy duty steel options weighing just 5LBS and 8LBS respectively, the Rogue CG-1X X Grip Cable Attachment is built for durability and performance. It features 32MM knurled aluminum handles, ensuring a secure grip during intense workouts. The side plates are available in either 1/4" thick aluminum or steel, providing a balance of strength and lightweight usability. A 3/8" thick machined stainless steel clevis plate with a centered design allows for bi-directional carabiner attachment, making it easy to clip in from either direction. Both handle pairs, parallel and angled, are spaced 8 inches apart on-center, delivering a consistent and ergonomic feel. The attachment is finished with Rogue laser-cut branding and a durable texture black powder coat.
