Hello, i'm spanish and i'n thinking of study in your country, Finland.
I'd like to begin a Degree, but i don't know if this is possible.

I know that in Finlad UNIVERSITY is free. Will Be free also for me?

In Spain, citizens from EU must register in a Foreign Register. The law says that autohotities can denegate the register if the foreigners don't have enough money. I have fear that if i go to Finland i couldn't register and therefore couldn't beging a Degree?
Can you explain me? If you recommend a law-forum i'd pleased you.

PD: I like Stratovarius and Sonata Arctica.

To answer some of your questions though:

Yes, studying is free, also for yo. Currently some masters programs may charge tuition fees for non-EU citizens, but since you're from Spain it should be all good.
Yes, you do have to register here in Finland also if you plan to stay over 3 months, and technically you have to have enough money to cover your living expenses, although it is unlikely anyone will check this.

Thank you so much, Conna. I will study a Degree, not a master.
I will look the link.

By the way, i'd like to do somes spanish classes to the people, not as a professional. Has Spanish importance in Finland?
Thank you.

Based on what i've heard and witnessed, it's coming more and more popular among the young people since spanish is the main language in latin america and many want to visit there, eg. Argentina, Mexico etc..

About teaching, I don't know if you need some kind of permit to be able to legally teach it? Hopefully others will assist.

Also, take a look at these sites:

So much information !! Thank you.
Tell me if in Sweden and Norway the university is also free.

The most important thing is if i can be refused when tryng to be registered in the Foreign Office. How can i know if i'll be refused?
I wouldn't go to Finland and come back to Spain.
May yo recomend a legal forum?

Thank you.

Actually the money issues are checked out very carefully. Normally a foreing student (full degree) must prove that he/she has several thousand euros when coming to Finland. I'm not sure about the amount but could be around 10 000e (probably depends on the nationality).

According to the Finnish immigration service you need to have 6000 euros available (in bank account) for one-year studies. Probably you need to have even more if you want to take a whole degree. You can get more info here.

You should also note that the money alone does not guarantee your place but you should pass an entrance examination.
