This is gearing up to be the most watched event outside of the Olympia with the Classic Champ Chris Bumstead, breakout athlete Martin Fitzwater and myself along with over 20 open guys.
I will be bringing you as much of this experience over here in Prague including EVERYTHING around the competition itself!

I had a hell of a back day here. I took the family to Disney and it kind of served as a bit of a deload. Now I am back and my back really got pumped during this workout.
