Last night I placed 4th at the IFBB Arctic Pro in Alaska. Not what we were hoping for but very grateful for yet another top 5 placing in another tough show. Time to finally rest my mind and body for a little bit before myself and Coach Jansen plan our next assault!
Placings as followed:

1st-Mark Dugdale
2nd-Ronnie Rockel
3rd-Andrej Mozolani
4th-Shaun Clarida (myself)
5th-John Meadows



These were taken yesterday morning, just a few hours before prejudging for the Arctic Pro at a morning weight 161lbs.
Have to give huge thanks to my coach Matt Jansen for his time, knowledge and for dialing me in these last 3 shows. I'm excited to see what we bring next! The best is YET to come!
