Thank you for your email. FIrst and foremost I want you to know that although I am an ex of Richs my goal is not to be on here to talk shit about him or to throw him under the bus, etc. I am out to eat so this is gonna be quick but if you want we can talk this weekend. I was with Rich for 7 years, lived with him & came close to being married we just didnt do the paper work or have the ceremony. LOL I know more about him than I probably know about myself. He has had a bunch of work ie plastic surgery from head to toe & a few years back he had these fat pockets taken out from under his eyes because he didnt like the way it looked. He wanted his face to look really think and he could only get so think with just diet alone so he decided to have these fat pockets taken out surgically.....After he had it done he didnt like the way it looked and thats not something you just get back, even with weight gain, its just not an area on your face that comes back or goes back to normal.....Contrary to what most people think, he is extremely imsecure about his looks and it was driving him crazy so he started to so some research about some procedures he could have done to fix under his eyes & to fill that area in. He also works with a lot of client that are gay & have HIV so while researching he came across the product PMMA which originally I guess was for HIV patients that have lost weight and muscle in their face & that have that sunk in, gaunt type look, etc. Some Dr invented this stuff because it worked wonders for this reason & to help these patients fill in their face where otherwise & in the past could not have been fixed cosmetically. After further testing & research it was learned (&this is the short version, you can read about it in detail on your own, lol) that this PMMA also works in others ways..Somehow it works with other tissues, tendons, muscles, etc and over time all these things along with the PMMA mend together & the longer it is in your body the better because it expands in your body. Been so long since I talked about it but I can give you the elementary school version. lol It actually becomes part of your body and you can go for a session or a treatment but this is not something you see immediately. It has to work with and mend and blend with your own body, etc. A lot of bodybuilders get synthol, pump and pose, etc and when things go south with that or it doesnt look good or looks lumpy or gets infected you simply go in and have a dr cut it out, etc with PMMA it doesnt quite work like that because it becomes a huge part of your body that is all mended and blended in......Rich has a problem where he is OBSESSED with being HUGE, OBSESSED with having 24 inch arms and he doesnt want to wait.....SO it was extremely stressful for him to wait....It isnt legal in the US so he was going down to TJ Mexico every other week &etting injections and treatments done, His biceps were number 1 on his list. He went to Dr Isai del Valle Ruiz & any times he tried to get the dr to come over to our house to do the treatments & the DR refused. Rich wanted it done so often and was antsy because with this product it takes a month or more to see any kind of result, etc so Rich was wanting to go every other week but the Dr started refusing to give Rich treatments in the same areas (his arms) because it just wasnt healthy & it was against Dr protocol, etc So Rich still went out to TJ Mexico every other week but instead of getting his arms done, he started getting his shoulders done, his traps done, his tris done, etc until it came time to do his arms again & he pt getting everything done because he became so obsessed. We took pictures (that I still have) and we took measurements (that I also still have, lol) & back then his arms were about 18 inches and his goal was to always have 24inch arms and he wasnt going to stop with the PMMA until he achieved his goal. Tht DR advised him against it because he was getting WAY too much...I mean, this was invented to be used liked botox....Not to have MASS AMOUNTS. Theres a reason why its not FDA approved here in the states yet. Rich started to go while him and I were still together in 2007 & in 2008. He was going every other month to Mexico and since the Dr would make him wait a certain amount of time in between sessions just to be safe, etc he dug up and an old contact....Gosh I feel like if I was wirting a script I wouldnt be able to write it this good...LOL Anyway, Rich was married before to a gal that is the female version (if you want to call it that, lol) of Rich. They look identical. They both had the exact same work done, plastic surgery wise, nose, lips, teeth, tattooed eyeliner and yes.....ASS. Since Rich works with a lot of the gay men at the gym, he trains them and has a lot of contact with them and connections etc him and his wife had met a transvestite from Brazil years ago who somehow brought a bunch of fillers that is legal in Brazil however not legal or FDA approved here in the US. Well Rich kept in contact with him*/her and decided that he wanted his ass bigger and fake so he has mass amounts of filler put in his ass. I have no idea what kind of filler but def not anything safe, clean, approved, etc This person basically worked on the transvestites in Hollywood out of peoples homes, etc. This person is like the DR in the transgender world that isnt a DR and rob only made it as far as cosmetology school, etc. Absolutely crazy and my mind is blown that he would be so stupid to trust something like that but he is SO desperate to be the biggest and have the biggest at any expense. Rich doesnt have health insurance & he thinks he is superman and never gets sicks, etc. Well last year he was really sick & it is unlike him to stay in bed for days, not train & to cancel on his clients. So I was worried, I was in FL & I flew to CA & I brought him to the ER. Long story short he was at UCLA for almost 2 weeks, his appendix burst & he was walking around like that for 2 weeks before I flew down & took him to ER. Since he doesnt have insurance he seriously hadent been to the dr, not even for a physical in over 20 years so when they did some basic testing, scans & blood work he was in for a rude awakening. OMG. Majot kidney and liver problems, his heart is obviously enlarged & he was given strict instructions and follow up orders, etc with specialists & his response was " he doesnt need to see anyone, he will be fine, Arnold was on dialyasis for years & he is running CA so he will be fine" etc. So, he never went back for a follow up & this was over a year ago. I tell you I try to distance myself away from him but once in a while as we still have a few of the same circle of friends, etc mutual friends will ask me if I saw his You Tube Video, etc so once in a while I look & on some of his videos I am taken aback because I cannot believe what he has done to himself in just a years time and its more unbelievable that there would be someone out there that is so money hungry that they would jeporadize someone health and well being just because he wants to get bigger ya know? Kinda sad. Rich wont stop until he kills himself. He never ever gives his body a break & since this is a private message & Im not putting all his persoanl stuff on blast I can say some stuff but as I was saying, he MAYBE gives his body a break for 6 weeks out of the year & that is pushing it...He sees his body so different than how you or I see his body. Any amount of off time from the gym, his drugs or injections/treatments isnt in his life plan or in his vocabulary. His life style & the way he is living-WAY BEYOND HIS MEANS is going to catch up with him very soon. He is not careful or discrete at all & I find it fascinating that he is still around to make his you tune videos. All it takes is one wrong person to see those videos & that will be the end of that. As much as he likes to talk about his investments, his real estate, his commercials, his sponsorships, etc Within 5 minutes anyone that looked into any of that would learn that was actually all lies and a bunch of bullshit. I really dont care what he does but when younger kids are on here asking for advice, asking how to get big, asking how to be able to live that Rich is living, etc I GET FURIOUS because this is the ONE person in the world NOT to look up to, This guy does nothing right, nothing by the book, nothing legal, is always taking the easy way out and the short cut around things, etc...There are so many other men in the bodybuilding world that are just as big as Rich, that earn honest livings, that are family men, that are law abiding citizens, that pay their taxes,have jobs, pay rent or their mortages, etc I can go on & on but will just sum it up by saying there are other good role models. Sorry, didnt mean to send you this big long explanation.......Rich has had at least 8 to 10 PMMA procedures that I know of. I moved back to FL in April of 2008 but we did the long distance thing for about a year & I know a few times I went out there to visit he had a few procedures done and on 2 occassions when he came to visit me out in FL he couldnt work out because he was recovering from procedures. And yes, it has made a HUGE different in his size. Obviously he has been working out since he was like 9 years old because he as raised by his mother who was competitive in the sport so he basically lived in the gym and took care of himself while his mom worked out & was a groupie of the gym back then.....its really the only thing he knows, working out & bodybuilding, eating & supplements. Like I said I know everything about him, I lived in that whole lifestyle for almost 8 years and I am more than willing to share anything or any of my experiences I had during that time.....Totally out of my comfort zone & element I still think its funny to this day how we even hooked up & got to be boyfriend/girlfriend for so long. But thats a whole other story I will save for another day if you are interested. LOL Well. its easy coast for me & its time for me to watch my shows & relax. Like I said I have pictures, measurements, stories out the yin yang & everything you would ever want to know about Rich Piana and his workouts, so called work and jobs, his regime, his diet, his cycles, etc So if you want to know anything, feel free to ask, Hes pretty much an open book and all his good friends know him and know everything about him so I dont feel like Im doing an ything wrong by telling his story and telling certain things about him, etc Other things that I prob shouldnt say, Im going to say anyway because that dude did so much messed up shit to me during out relationship that he gets everything that comes his way, good or bad. But for the most part I have kept quiet. So, hopefully this email helps you....Let me know if I left anything out or if you want to know anything else & I will be glad to try to help you. I left some of the pictures of Rich & I up because #1 I liked what the pictures looked like of me & I think a lot of cropping is cheesy & #2 I did spend almost 8 years of my life with him so it was a substantial part of my life....There were some good times so I left some pics up. -Point being that those pics are still up and they arent very old at all & u can see in the most recent pics of him & they arent even a yr and a half old....but you can see a huge change in him from back then until now...Changes in his face & his body so again, he has had a lot of work done in just that short amount of time, etc. That was my point of asking you if you had facebook.
