Kuka haluaa veikata 62k sarjan voittajan? On meinaan ennakkoon tiukka kisa tulossa, ilmotetut painot on 10 kilon sisällä.

Ehdottomasti näin. Tänään sitten lisää mannaa taas kohtapuoleen. Ihmettelin tosin sitä toisen turkkilaisen ylöstyöntöä, kaveri ei (ainakaan töllöstä seurattuna) rauhoittanut tankoa rinnalle ollenkaan vaan pomputteli.

Näkyykö tuota tulostaulua livenä missään?

John Broz sanoi:he has relatively small joints for his size. My knees and ankles are larger than his and I too was not a true Super. He weighed 128 with a body fat over 28%. The stress of him trying to fit into a category that he is not naturally built for was too hard on his body. If he is a 105, 200/240 will be enough so the accessory lifts weights can be adjusted (less) accordingly. Globally there are many +105's that are not fit for that class. Few, like Salimi are true supers. 6'4, 165kg.
He's been struggling to stay over 124 for 2 yrs now. To maintain weight a high carb /gluten intake is required, which he's no longer a fan of. Over the past 4 years he's become more aware how / what to eat, thus internal conflict for him. Eat clean, lose weight. Eat crap, stay heavy. He will probably move down to the 105's because: 1) he won't be a solid 150kg. 2) Chronic injuries illustrate that his body type is not a true super. 3) loss of body fat will put him at 105 with same lifts
