Another session where I remind myself why I do this.
There’s no music swelling. No crowd. Just the sound of plates clanking and my heartbeat between sets.
The show’s over. The stage lights are gone. Now it’s back to reality: training, eating, recovering, repeating.
I’m not chasing validation. I’m chasing precision. Growth. The small things that stack up into something unbreakable.
Today it’s pull day back, biceps, rear delts the usual suspects.
Jared Feather built this training style for a reason: control the movement, control the outcome.
No junk volume. No ego sets. Just work that actually builds something.
I talk about what I’m running right now MOTS-c, SS-31, TB-500, NAD+, and KPV not hype, just tools to repair what prep burns out. Mitochondria, gut, joints & all of it.
This isn’t about shortcuts. It’s about survival in a sport that doesn’t forgive inconsistency.
If you came here for a motivational speech, you won’t get one.
If you came here to see what it takes to build something that lasts, you might.
Train hard. Think harder. Don’t waste sets.
