Back workout with my coach Kyle Wilkes. We are ready…

Nick Walker training legs 7 days out from the Olympia.

Fresh off the Olympia stage, IFBB Pro Nick Walker hits LCM Fitness for his first real leg day back. This session focuses on rebuilding intensity with precision — lower volume, controlled negatives, and maximum contraction.

Nick discusses his training philosophy, split adjustments, and clears up rumors while walking through a heavy hamstring-dominant workout. Expect raw insight into his mindset, recovery approach, and offseason plan — the Winter Arc is back.

Training Focus:
• Controlled, high-quality reps
• Lower volume (2–3 working sets)
• Progressive intensity
• Hamstring priority
• Offseason structure and recovery

💬 “Still nothing crazy yet — just getting that pump back and increasing intensity week by week.”
🔥 “Two working sets, slow negatives, slight pause at the top — train with intent.”

Another session where I remind myself why I do this.

There’s no music swelling. No crowd. Just the sound of plates clanking and my heartbeat between sets.

The show’s over. The stage lights are gone. Now it’s back to reality: training, eating, recovering, repeating.

I’m not chasing validation. I’m chasing precision. Growth. The small things that stack up into something unbreakable.

Today it’s pull day back, biceps, rear delts the usual suspects.

Jared Feather built this training style for a reason: control the movement, control the outcome.

No junk volume. No ego sets. Just work that actually builds something.

I talk about what I’m running right now MOTS-c, SS-31, TB-500, NAD+, and KPV not hype, just tools to repair what prep burns out. Mitochondria, gut, joints & all of it.

This isn’t about shortcuts. It’s about survival in a sport that doesn’t forgive inconsistency.

If you came here for a motivational speech, you won’t get one.

If you came here to see what it takes to build something that lasts, you might.

Train hard. Think harder. Don’t waste sets.

🧠 In This Episode
• Full pull day workout: back, biceps, rear delts
• Discussion about recovery, training precision & structure
• Post-show compounds explained: MOTS-c, SS-31, TB-500, NAD+, KPV

For the first time in years, I’m fully coaching myself — no coach, no outside plan, just trusting my own experience.

In this episode, I talk about why I decided to take full control of my prep and diet, how it’s changed my mindset, and what’s actually working for me right now. From training intensity and recovery to food choices and post-show strategies — I break down everything that’s helping me feel stronger, leaner, and more in control.

This isn’t about ego — it’s about evolution.
Sometimes you’ve got to take matters into your own hands and learn what works best for you.
