Jon Pall Sigmarsson achieved what others only dream of, in his short life he became one of the world's most successful strongmen and a living legend. He won numerous titles and medals throughout his life, the title of World's Strongest Man many times and the prestigious "Champion of Champions" event by defeating the famous supermen Geoff Capes and Bill Kazmair. He set all sorts of amazing records with a big smile and even a little dance to top it off. His tragic death in 1993 caused grief and sorrow throughout the world, not only amongst those who knew him best, but also among the millions of television viewers who loved him for his lightness, humor, and extraordinary abilities. In this film we follow Jon Pall from his childhood to glorious victories, we hear about his lovelife, the illness that finally defeated him, the gossip and accusations of steroid use, his role as a father and finally his last moments in the gym. As a bonus you get touching interviews of some of the people that knew him best. Creating all the interesting material presented in this film took a lot of hard work and many of the film's scenes were never seen in public before. The film premiered in Iceland in 2006 and quickly became the biggest ever box office draw by a documentary film.
