EAS Body-for-life two-week cutting diet
This two week cutting phase will help you look leaner and more ripped for your Photo Shoot. This program was designed to be compatible with the EAS Body-For-Life challenge, but may be used as a cutting phase for other diets as well, assuming that your current diet is either a fat loss of low fat diet.
TWO WEEKS FROM SHOOT
Discontinue the use of any product that has unnecessary sugar, dairy and white flour. This will prevent the usual bloating and 'thick skin' look that accompanies the ingestion of these foods. This includes any MRP (Meal Replacement Powder) that contains Maltodexterin or any other simple carbohydrate.
Stop taking CREATINE
Stop taking VANDYL SULFATE Start tanning slowly. Tanning helps get rid of some of the excess water beneath the skin. Darker skin not only makes you look healthier but it brings out your definition and enhances your cuts.
SEVEN DAYS FROM SHOOT
Have your last leg workout today. For your legs to look ripped and vascular you MUST allow them to fully recuperate and heal. If they are swollen or sore from training they will look smooth.
FIVE DAYS FROM SHOOT
Reduce your carbohydrate intake to 50g or less for the next three days. The aim is to deplete your muscles of glycogen. Once depleted, you will begin loading up on carbs for the last two days. This depletion and reloading will cause your muscles to overcompensate by taking more glucose into the muscles, making them look fuller and larger.
Begin to lower your SODIUM intake. Excess sodium leads to water retention. Do not cut all your sodium at once. This will cause your body to compensate by retaining water. When you slowly reduce your sodium intake, your body continues to flush out excess sodium thinking that more is on the way.
Start taking 1.000 - 2.000mg of POTASSIUM each day. This will help to offset the effects of the sodium reduction by keeping your cells hydrated.
Start reloading with plain CREATINE (no sugar). Load six time a day for the next four days. Re loading helps push more creatine into your muscles.
Increase your cardio to FIVE TIMES this week.
FOUR DAYS FROM SHOOT
Start drinking at least one gallon of DISTILLED WATER
THREE DAYS FROM SHOOT
Start taking VITAMIN B6. This helps to reduce water retention beneath the skin.
Stop tanning, each time you tan your skin becomes swollen and inflamed which makes your muscles look smooth. Discontinuing tanning at this stage will allow time for your skin to heal.
TWO DAYS FROM SHOOT
Perform a very light workout
Cut out salt completely
Start taking 1000mg of DANDELION ROOT, 3 times per day. This is a natural diuretic which will flush out excess water.
After you cardio session, start loading carbs. Eating about 50g every three hours for the next two days. Be careful not to overdo it otherwise you may look smooth!
ONE DAY FROM SHOOT
Perform a very LIGHT WORKOUT today
This is the last day of cardio
Drink only 2/3 gallons of water today
Shave all the hair from your chest, back arms and legs
To further enhance your vascularity and definition, before bed drink 8oz red wine of GRAND MARINER with 50ml Glycerol diluted in 16oz water. This procedure brings out your veins.
THE MORNING OF THE SHOOT
Only sip a small amount of water when thirsty
Eat a very small meal consisting of mostly complex carbs at least 3 hours before shoot. Along with that meal, be sure to take 20g of VANDYL SULFATE and CREATINE
20 MINUTES FROM SHOOT
Drink the GLYCEROL/ WINE mixture
Pump up before your shoot with weights or pull/ push up exercises. Do high repetitions with very low weights.
Additional notes
VANDLY SULFATE: is an insulin mimic that helps shuttle the nutrients into muscle cells. It also helps with carbohydrate metabolism. This ingredient is available in EAS' MYOPLEX DELUXE, it is not imperative that you take this product during your cutting phase (photo preparation)
DISTILLED WATER : has not salt content.
VITAMIN B6 : Natrodale has a product called Vitamin B6 & Magnesium which will work fine with this diet. Three is also a wide range of other vitamins available.
GLYCEROL: This ingredient helps enhance the vascularity of your physique. In South Africa it is commonly known as GLYCERINE and be warned that if you do not dilute this product properly you could get sick.
COMPLEX CARBS: Complex carbs include brown rice, whole grains, oats, baked potato, sweet potato, whole wheat brad, special k and white rice.
