This Olympia prep arm day with my training partner Colton is all about bringing detail, size, and a massive pump to the biceps and triceps as we lock in closer to the stage. Every session matters now, and the intensity is at an all-time high.

Four weeks out from the Olympia and it’s all gas, no brakes. Today we’re hitting hamstrings and glutes, pushing past every limit and leaving nothing in the tank. Only three heavy hamstring days remain before peak week, so we’re going all in. This is where champions are built, where the pressure hits, and where we earn that stage-ready look. Martin and I pulled up to Bolt HQ in downtown Houston. I’ve always wanted to open my own gym, so this was the perfect chance to check out some dope equipment.
Kicking off the day with my full morning routine, focusing on core work, stretching, and mobility that’s really helped improve my range of motion over the years. This is something I’ve put a lot of time into, and it’s made a huge difference in my lifts.

Leaving Houston and officially kicking off Olympia week.
It’s Sunday, just six days out from the big day. We flew into Vegas, met up with my coach bossofoutlaw at NewTech Gym, ran through some poses, and got settled into our Airbnb.
Of course, no trip is complete without a Walmart run for all the food essentials. After a long day of travel, we wrapped things up with some much-needed late-night pedicures. Vegas salons being open 24 hours made it easy. Time to get our schedule adjusted and lock in for the final stretch.
Good morning from Las Vegas, it’s officially day two of Olympia week and the start or peak week! We’re getting settled in, locked in, and ready to make the most of every moment leading up to the big weekend. Kicking things off with a check-in with my coach, Boss Stefan, to set the tone for the day, from meals to training.
Later, we hit the mall for my first-ever visit to a Rolex store before wrapping up Monday with a much-needed bodywork session from Marlin, who’s been a huge part of my recovery. Peak week is in full swing, time to stay focused and finish strong.
