A mangaer like game, where your goal is to build up your character to your goal.
Gameplay:
Campaign-mode:
- few levels where you start from the beginning at every stage.
- in each level you are given goals to achieve to proceed to the next level
* last level is building a Mr. Olympia character, where drugs come in.
Freemode:
- Starting from your basic guy.
- a little money to get started
-character has no limitations, he can set his goal up to the skies.
Intro-mode:
-here the player is required to pass a simple shape-up. And here every possible asset
of the game is introduced. Except for steroids and hormones, which will remain a mystery
to the player until he learns about them in magazines, internet. Though, the true being
of steroids and hormones and the effect of them will be revealed to player only when he decides
to start using them.
Objects:
- Money, to get money, you need to have a job or sponsors. Sponors expect results.
*money is needed to gym card/membership, rent, if your not living with your parents - that
would lead to troubles with your parents disapproving your hobby - nutrition and food.
Food
* parents will provide you with a small amount of food. though it may not always of best nutrition value as it is
that the parents do not understand the meaning of your hobby/passion. In order to be huge, you need to buy
more food yourself and you're responsibilty is to take care that you get the best nutrional benefit of your diet.
Plus you need to provide yourself with extra nutritions in all cases.
**Difficulty-levels:
-Easy: the bot helps you play, tells you the nutritial choices for your Preset diets. preset gym programs.
Preset recomended competition entrance forms.
making friends is easy, you get less speeding tickets, you get rarely in to bar fights etc. parental affearance is minimal,
rents are low, cooking is easy. For passing the Easy-level, the rewarding-points, that could be sent to a internet
hall-of-fame, are less then what you would get of Medium or hard.
-Hard: everything you do, you do it by yourself. Choose your diet, with an integrated internet browser you are to
check the best nutritional choices for your diet, study the best choices for gymprograms, the official game homepage
could offer this and also the nutritionvalue charts. Also it is up to you to which competition to enter.
When your living alone, you need to learn to cook right, to make the best of your meals.
Money is also needed to go to parties, enter competitions and speeding tickets.
**speeding tickets will occur when; you don't leave early enough to meet your preset apointment
or if you have to leave on rush-hour and you didn't prepare enough extra-time.
- Health, health is defined bu your diet, exercise, over-training
and possible sicknesses, due to sleeping too little or not wearing well; randomatic viruses
-Mood, Motivation is important in training, motivation can be raised with bodybuilding-
magazines, also friends and social contacts/compliments increase motivatin -> it will be important
in the game to occasionally pop off to the beach, to get positive comments; also negatives comments
will occur when the body is not fit, it'sunsymmetrical etc.
-Friends, it's important to have friends. Friends to spot you in the gym, friends who are interested in
the same kind of things you are. Friends can be found in gyms, work and competitions. Sometimes
a spotter will be distrtacted. the better the friend, the less he gets distracted.
-Reputation, reputation is a status definer. No reputation makes it harder to get friends. Bad reputation
makes it extremely hard to make reliable friends:
Good reputation can be earned in interfering in bar fights,
helping people ("quest mode") and having good conversations with people.
Bad reputation, ofcourse will earn in making bar fights, fighting the authorities
and having bad conversations with people.
-Social-skills: this will effect on your chances of making friends, if you don't have a reputation.
- social-skills are hard to earn. Social-skills are defined by knowledge, intelect and humour.
These are gained by reading, having conversations, watching movies, sitcoms, and the news.
And ofcourse free-time for raising your social-skills is away from your training.
-Drugs: if you don't know what your using, it may lead to unwanted results, side effects and - in worst case -
addiction. Efedrin, cofein etc.
Without discipline, right kind of friend circle, spontanious use without knowing all the effects, can lead to drug-
using in general.
Areas:
Home
- Depending on your situation, your either living with your parents or you have your own house. With parents you only have your own room for privacy,
which ofcourse affects your Mood. If you live on your own, you have to pay for rent. In your own house, you can cook, you have more storage for food,
extra-nutrition, electronics (in your room, at parents, you only have a computer, you can watch TV, when your parents don't need it and they're not sleeping,
this controls your freedom to make your daily schedule).In your own house you can cook your own meals.
Bank
- Store money, take a loan, get interests for a loan and savings. Possibility to make an direct debiting, for houseloan, gym membership payment etc.
Gym
- For building the muscles. Here you can buy/order you nutrients, get friends/contacts, get hints on training techniques and ofcourse train.
City-Market
- Here you can get your food, drinks, porridge, coffee, green tea and food recipes .
Sports-store
- Here you can get wristsupports, belts, gloves, sports magazines and movies and get some hints on gear usage.
Health store
- Here you can get energybars, natural tea, coffein tablets and hints on vitamin usage and daily need .
Library
- Here you can get books on bodybuilding meet casual friends and raise you intelect/social skills. Loaning books will
give the player a date to return the books. Not returning on time will result in payments. 1 year of holding back returning
a book will result in cancelation of your librarycard. Reactivation is possible after half a year after cancelation.
Movie theater
- Here you can see a movie. Meet casual friends. Here fights and quest can be found. Seeing a movie raises intelect points.
Pub
- Sometimes it's needed to go to a pub, to maintain social contacts. Here you get comments (+/-), get laid (romantic status;
if you haven't got laid for a long time, your mood is falling) get into fights and help people and have casual conversations.
Beach
- Thee place to show off your body. Here you get comments (+/-), meet romantic contacts. Have casual conversations.
Pool
- The place to swim and get fitness hints.

*Posing school
- In order to win, one of the required assets is posing. Here you will get posing points.
*Agents-office
- In the agents office you can ask for sponsors, get guidelines to what you should look/be like. In some point it will be possible to get movie/commercial contracts.

Things that will happen when the turn is played
-If friends, they will be asking you to go to pubs, movies, coffee, trips. These activities will overwrite your prechosen activities.
(the schedule of that week will be shown to the player as he is asked)
- schedule tightness check; tight schedule will result in speeding tickets, too tight schedule will result in getting late to gym, which
will result in less results on the training and muscle tensity penalties. Missing social agreements will result in decreasing social points.
- Family will also ask you to join in activites. If living home, you are given very limited possibilities to decline.
- Schedule consistancy check: Player should remember that stores open at 09:00 and closes in 22:00 and closed on sunday. too tight schedule
can result in getting too late to the store. Drugstore is open from 09:00-22:00. Closed on saturday and sunday.
- Information points: if the player chose to go to the agent office, sports store, the pool, drugstore or gym he's given some hints from those places
for everyday (in wasy-mode, you get plenty og hints, in difficult-mode you get none, Hints can also be adjusted manualy)

*pub takes 3 units of "night time" units, reduces the amount you will get the following night.
*beach takes 2 units
*FIBA takes 1 unit
*movie-theater takes 2 units
*bank takes 1 unit
*Traveling from a place to another takes X amount of units, X = amount of places to go * 0,5-1 units. From your own home 0,5, from parents house 1 unit.
