Alright to work biceps 5 times a week? (post #1)
I was just wondering if it was alright to work your arms 5 times a week. Think it might be overtraining?
This is my split as of now:
Mon: Chest, biceps, abs
Tues: Chest, biceps
Wed: Biceps, triceps, abs
Thur: Chest, triceps, biceps
Fri: Chest, biceps, abs
Sat: Rest
Sun: Rest
Don't want to overtrain
