Way back in 1999, 41 year old, Christopher Miller robbed the Stride Rite shoe store and went to prison for 15 years for first degree robbery.
Miller served his time and the day after he was released, he immediately returned to the same store and robbed it again. This time making off with USD $389 and the employees’ cellphones.
Even more incredible was that one of the employees was there for the first and second robberies—he identified Miller as the same man who’d robbed the store 15 years ago.
Clearly, Miller has an incredibly shallow learning curve. This time at sentencing he faces up to 20 years in prison.
