Well I don't really keep up with the diets, Chad Nicholls does all that for me. He normally adjusts my diets to how much weight I need to lose, you see I send him photos every week and he adjust my diet from that. My high carb days usually be around 300 carbs, my low carbs days about 100 carbs. Their spread out throughout the day....Posted: Sat Aug 04, 2007
