BB PRO Regan Grimes

We’re officially 5 and 4 days out from stepping on the Olympia stage, and this is where the details matter most. In today’s video, I take you behind the scenes of these critical final days: posing practice at Dragon’s Lair, depletion and low-carb meals, check-ins with Coach Dom, and recovery work with Olivia. This is where the grind shifts from building to refining, dialing in conditioning, posing endurance, water and salt, and every fine-tuned detail before show day.

You’ll see my morning routine, meal breakdowns, cardio, push day training at the brand-new New Tech Gym, and the reality of how low energy gets this close to showtime. I talk about mindset, how I handle distractions, and why these last few days are as much mental as they are physical.

If you’ve been following this series, hit subscribe, the next videos will take you right into peak week and the Olympia stage itself.

Reflecting on his Olympia prep, he recalls a pivotal moment with Jay Cutler. His mentor expressed he'd be "one and done" when he competed in the Classic division, fueling Regan's bodybuilding aspirations in the Open division! Tune in on the full cardio confession breakdown!

We’re one day out from stepping on the Olympia stage. Today’s all about getting that final upper-body pump, filling out, and enjoying the process. Higher carbs, clean food, and a clear head.

I talk about how I’ve changed my training this prep, the importance of progressive overload, and staying focused when the pressure’s high. We also catch some family moments, celebrate Jett’s birthday, and head to the athlete meeting before show day.

Olympia week always brings a mix of nerves and gratitude. Let’s finish strong.

We’re officially one day out from stepping on the Mr. Olympia stage. This is the most dialed-in I’ve ever felt going into a show. Today’s all about precision, tanning, check-ins with Dom, eating every two hours, and staying calm before the storm.

I’ll walk you through my meals, last-minute changes to the plan, and a behind-the-scenes look at the Meet the Olympians event. It’s been a long road to get here, and I’m grateful for everyone who’s followed along this far. Let’s finish this thing strong.

two days post-Olympia and I’m already back at it. Mike Israetel and I hit a full back session using only a squat rack. It ended up being one of the best post-show pumps I’ve had.

Also hit the streets and posed for money (not really)
Vegas energy never disappoints.

Mexico Pro next. Let’s get to work.

Post-Olympia reflections. I break down everything, my physique, what went right, what I’d change, and how I’m approaching the next phase.

We talk mindset, training, recovery, and the road ahead to Mexico and the 2026 Olympia. This was my first year working with Dom, and I’ve never felt more driven.

Last workout at NewTech in Vegas, we are off to Mexico City for the Mexico pro

We made it to Mexico. Three days out from the Pro Show and everything’s starting to lock in.
Today was about settling in, hitting the grocery store, getting the meals right, and keeping the body full. The hotel’s great, the energy feels good, and I’m keeping everything tight, no wasted moves.

We hit a full upper-body pump today, light and fast, just getting blood moving. A few more check-ins with the coach, a few tweaks on food, and we’re ready to step on stage. The goal right now is simple: stay calm, stay focused, and fill out right.

Thanks for following along this prep. Mexico, let’s go.

We’re officially two days out from the Mexico Pro Show. Energy’s high, carbs are up, and it’s time for the final upper-body pump before stepping on stage.

Today’s vlog covers everything from my pre-show meals, training, check-ins, and athlete registration to a discussion that’s got the bodybuilding world talking, should there be height-based classes in the Open division?

Feeling good, full, and focused. Let’s finish this one strong.

We’re one day out from the Mexico Pro Show, and things are heating up. Britt’s flight got delayed, Dom’s here, and we’re locking in the final details before show day.

We hit the grocery store to grab what we need, talk bodybuilding mindset, and go deep on what it takes to stay calm when things don’t go as planned. This prep has been all about adapting, staying grounded, and trusting the process.

Show day in Mexico was wild. From being told to be backstage at 9 a.m. and not stepping on stage until 4:45 p.m., to battling dehydration, food timing, and stomach issues, this one tested everything. But we brought our best package yet and landed Top 3. Here’s the full day, start to finish.

I’m back in Canada and in this video I take you through my entire back workout from start to finish! I give a quick update on how the post show rebound is going and some posing / physique update!
