Pro Figure ja Fitness –kilpailut vuonna 2006

Tänään on muuten tuo Atlantic city fitness pro kisakin. Kisan kulkua ja call outteja voi seurata bodysport.comista. Kisa on edennyt ihan hyvää tahtia ja näyttäis että molemmilla kiekoilla samat tyttöset ollu ekassa call outissa eli :

Eipä oo tullu tähän päivään mennessä hetkeä, jollon Annie olis tuntenut sydämmessään, että johan pukkaa bodykisaa. Tänään voi sanoa, että johan on ollu kehokulttuurin huipentuma päivä. MM kisoja live lähetyksenä tuli tuijotettua puoli päivää, lisäksi atlantic pro kisa + fitness pro kisa ja vielä tournament of champions pro figure kisa. Mie meen nukkumaan :hyper:
 
Hard Fitnessillä on tuolla Atlantic Cityssä uusi reportteri, joten hyviä kuvia on tulossa :) Siellä on kuvattu mm. Ruotsin Irene Andersenia joten myös mielenkiintoista kuvamateriaalia on tulossa!

Mä olen kuunnellut fitnessjuoruja kolme päivää putkeen, olis niin hyviä juttuja että ei mitään rajaa :hyper: Pitää kirjottaa jossain välissä kun on enemmän aikaa. Kyllä on omituisia ihmisiä tämän lajin parissa, siis todella omituisia. Ihan kuin koko laji olisi itse asiassa jonkinlainen kultti... harvemmassa tuntuvat olevan ns. normaalit ihmiset kuin ne hullut. :D

Tuo edellinen lista oli paikoin puutteellinen, tässäpä viikonlopun karkeloihin uus starttilista:hyper: Yhteen väliinhän Pauline Nordin oli myös lähdössä kisaan, mutta eipä näy enää listoilla. Harmi. Mielenkiintoinen nimi muuten tuo Denise Hosher, nainenhan kilpaili vielä joku vuosi sitten kehonrakennuksessa. Ja mukana myös Miloksen Milamar! Mielenkiintoinen kisa viikonlopulle. Ja on muuten viimeinen Sacramento pro figure kisa. Ensi vuonna Sacramento tiputtaa figuren pois ohjelmistostaan ja tilalle tupsahtaa naisten bodybuildingi!

Bodysport.comin raporttia kisaajakokouksen jälkeen:

The athlete meeting last night was an informal affair which is nice in contrast to all the tension and isolation of athletes that is part of the Olympia. The smaller shows are always friendly affairs as the athletes get a chance to visit with each other and while there is still a contest, its very relaxed.

There is no clear-cut run-away winners in this show. It will be very interesting and who places in the top 5 will depend on how Valerie Waugaman, Christine Wan, Zhanna Rotar, Danielle Hollanshade, Aleksandra Kobielak and others who have placed well this year will show up.

This is Elaine Goodlad's return to the stage after a long break since the Arnold. Elaine has not looked her best the past couple years as her body has been wracked with injuries. Since the inception of pro figure in 2003 she has not had any longer than about 3 weeks off of dieting between competing in shows and photoshoots and the toll on her body was evident in her last few contests. She looks far different this show so we will see how she stacks up against a very tough field.

There is an NPC show first this morning and the promoter has asked the Pro athletes to be at the venue at 11am so check back around noon as our live coverage of the Sacramento Pro Figure Championships should begin around then.
