So, I'm working on this big project called a "personal project" and the topic is bodybuilding. The project is in english since I'm in an international class. Personal project is an extended essay, which plays a big role in the curriculum I'm taught with.
I decided to start a thread about my project, because I need a little help with some small facts. What is the basic consumption of a person whose bodymass is 70 kg and what would be a good distribution between proteins/carbs/fats on bulk? Of course I know plenty of examples and first I used the zone (30/40/30), but then someone said that that's better for dieting and I got confused so what would be a good example.
I'll possibly publish the project before handing it in, because I would like some people from here to read it and check that I didn't say any lies.
You can answer either in finnish or english
I know that this topic has nothing to do with exercise, but I just couldn't find any other section that would've been better. Moderators can move this in case they find it necessary.
