HIM lopettaa.
"After quarter of a century of love and metal intertwined, we sincerely feel HIM has run its unnatural course and adieus must be said in order to make way for sights, scents and sounds yet unexplored," says HIM frontman and main songwriter Ville Valo. Bolt Thrower tiedottaa:
"Today would have been Kiddie’s 40th Birthday, it’s a day of sadness, but also of great memories, and we hope you’ll join us and raise a glass to an absent friend.
We take comfort in the knowledge that his bloodline, and legacy as a father, will live on through his sons Leon and Max, his legacy as a man lives on in the hearts and minds of everyone who had the honour and privilege to call him their friend, and his legacy as an amazing drummer will live on through his music.
But sadly due to various circumstances, Kiddie only ever got to release 2 albums with Bolt Thrower, despite being in the band for 20 years and playing hundreds of shows, and we owe his unswerving loyalty and drumming legacy so much more.
This is a debt we’ll start to pay off soon...
Here’s to you Kiddie!

Hail Of Bullets lopettaa.
"With sadness in our hearts, we hereby inform you that we have decided to pull the plug on HAIL OF BULLETS. The patient had been suffering from illness for a few years already. We thought we had cut out the disease a few years ago, but apparently the tumor was more widespread than we had expected. There are no immediate plans to resurrect the corpse…"
"Personal messages/questions about this situation will not be answered. This is it, and both you and us will have to deal with that..."

Turmion Kätilöt julkaisee huomenna, 17.3. uuden albumin; Dance Panique.
Pari sinkkua on kuulostanut ihan hyvältä ja Kätilöt toimii myös treenimusiikkina itsellä. Diskovibrator oli helvetin kova albumi
ja vaikea on sitä ylittää, mutta odotan huomista innolla!

Nergal told Metal Hammer: "[BEHEMOTH is] in writing mode and I've been really creative lately.
"Once I did ME AND THAT MAN, I came back with a great hunger to make new music for BEHEMOTH.
"It's a little different. On one hand, where we stopped with 'The Satanist', I take it from that place, but I'm developing. There's new sounds and there's new flavor I'm incorporating in these new songs.
"It's exciting. We've got a few songs started, some are finished — but we're not rushing. We want to make sure everyone is on the same page, everyone is happy with the process and we are comfortable with everything that comes out."
He added: "All those people who don't like that I'm doing a thing on the side, relax. BEHEMOTH is going and I bet it's going better than ever. Be patient. I've got to do this thing first, then I'll come back and do something that's spectacular again."
