2015 Overall Champion West Coast Classic Bodybuilding Show.
I'm super excited about the package I brought to the show. My training has changed a lot for my legs. I have slowed the tempo of my reps and I'm not doing conventional squats any longer. I do exercises that I can feel my muscles working and not my ego.
I've been training for 25+ Years and I'm still learning my body. It's an amazing journey so never give up.

Thanks for all the support you guys have shown me. I told you that I wasn't going to let you guy's down.
