Saturday at the Arnold expo was a jam packed day! Meeting fans, having a great time with everyone, getting in some good gym sessions and seeing some friends that I only get to see every so often, enjoy!




What's up guys, now that the Arnold content is all out we can get back to our day to day. Ive been wanting to show you guys my new car for little while now so here we are. Enjoy!




Guy Cisternino is one of the most solid dudes you could ever know... He didn't get that way by himself. This is a throwback, a shout out and a great reminder to love your family and your chosen family.
In this video we get a glimpse of Guy's mother and father, how Guy grew up and what they think of bodybuilding.
