Fedor Emelianenko: I've seen a few fights Dan when the enemy was inconvenient for him. He had a lot of exciting fights, he won a very serious contenders. Fedor Emelianenko: I think in this situation, everything depends on the UFC – if they choose to organize such fights – they will be. Another thing is how they choose to organize joint fights. UFC fighters or cruising takes a Strikeforce or would do any joint belt in two versions, to create a certain intrigue. To date, I don't know whether the UFC such plans. Fedor Emelianenko: I think it would be clear in the coming year. Strikeforce Grand Prix will take place, the situation will be resolved with the UFC, and either pass some joint competitions, will meet either world champions, and will then be clear who the best player.
Question: How do you think are now mixed martial arts in Russia?
Fedor Emelianenko: very well, they are becoming increasingly popular. Absent from television, there is quite often seen competitions sponsored by m-1 both in Russia and abroad. The level of our fighters grows, it's no longer the competitions held in the late 1990s. Fights becoming more interesting, the fighters are trained, they already have their fans, who are waiting for them and cheer them.

Fedor Emelianenko: in technology, there is a difference in experience – American fighters so far stronger in these components. Regarding conduct in the ring, then our fighters, at least those I know that train with me to behave as likely Russian person should behave: without pathos, without any abuse in the ring, no illegal methods. American soldiers still can poskandalit′ during press conferences, during the battle somewhere a dirty trick, and emotions overwhelm them after the fight. They do not consider that the opponent has been defeated and will.
Q: you frequently see fights?
Fedor Emelianenko: no, I hardly watch. I see only their future rivals. Of course, I can see the most interesting fights, but not always want to spend time. Me enough that I am totally committed. Sometimes I have to watch for duels at various competitions. In short, fights me life short (smiles).
Question: what do you like doing in your spare time from workouts?
