The July 2011 issue of FLEX Magazine features 2008 Mr. Olympia Dexter Jackson in, "You CAN Teach an Old Dawg New Tricks."
The article focuses on four unique exercises Jackson and Charles Glass (his trainer) implemented in Jackson's preparation for the 2011 FLEX Pro.

Jaa Dex vei. No eipä toi ylläri sinänsä mutta laittaa miettimään missä kunnossa Toney on ollut. Minusta kun Toney on vaan niin paljon näyttävämpi kokonaisuutena. Ei nuo Dexin jalat kyllä säväytä ja pohkeitahan ei juurikaan ole mutta eipä se tunnu näissäkään karkeloissa haittaavan. Onhan se ihan tyylikäs paketti silti, eihän siinä.

Dexter liittyy MD:n miehistöön

I am proud to announce that Mr. Olympia and three-time Arnold Classic Champion Dexter Jackson has joined team MD.

I was happy when Dexter told me he decided to do the Arnold Classic on March 3rd after winning the Return of the Legends Pro Masters in South Beach, Florida on December 10th. And let me tell, you the Dexter you’re going to see at the Arnold is going to be a Dexter you have not seen in a long time.

Dexter is training harder than he’s ever trained before with MD’s Charles Glass at Gold’s Gym Venice. Dexter is also working with MD’s IFBB Pro Guru George Farah to oversee his diet and nutrition prep. Dexter “The Blade” Jackson plans on walking onstage in Columbus at 42 years of age bigger and better and in the best condition of his life!
Dexter hopes to win his fourth Arnold Classic and tie four-time Arnold Classic Champion an Team MD’s Flex Wheeler. That would be an incredible accomplishment!

The Blade is back! Shawn Ray catches up with Dexter Jackson in Venice Beach, California.
Jackson is shooting for a win at the Arnold Classic in March and if he is successful, he will break Flex Wheeler's recede three wins.
