Antonio ‘Minotauro’ Nogueira to retire by the end of 2015

"I know I won’t fight forever," Nogueira told Ag. Fight. "I’m focused on my gym’s business now. It’s a beautiful work, we have 9,000 students, 32 gyms. … I plan to end my career by the end of the next year, I believe. One more year. It’s until the point my body can handle.

"So many injuries, I’m dedicating to other things now. I will decide when the time comes. I have two more fights in my contract, and then I’ll stop (fighting)."

Cro Cop vs. Ishii uutisia

Mirko voitti R2. ajassa 2:37 tohtoristoppagella, kun tohtoriksi väitellyt julkaisi uuden väitöskirjansa, jonka mukaan Ishiin cut oli liian paha eikä voinut jatkaa, Mirko siis antoi kyynerpäätä 1. erässä guardistaan Ishiin otsaan, kun Ishii oli päällä. Cutti sitten haittoi vähän väliä ja tohtori sitä katsoi muutamaan otteeseen kunnes toisessa erässä vihelsi pelin poikki. Toisessa erässä nähtiin jopa LHK, mutta eihän siitä mitään seurannut. :/ Pääpiirteittäin siis aneemista menoa molemmilta.. PS. Mirkolla oli vintagepöksyt jalassa, ja Wild Boyz tietenkin soi sisääntulossa! :dance:

Tai eräästä Suomalaisesta organisaatiosta paria kovinta hewaria vastaan joiden nimiä ei saa mainita kun joku pahoittaa mielensä syvästi. Tai ainakin pari tyyppiä jo permabannuttu jos nimen on maininnut:)

Uskomatonta, että meni ura noinkin hyvin. Jossain maininnit myös otelleensa Cotea vastaan krapulassa, eikä varmaan ole ainoat kerrat kun on päihteissä oltu ennen matsia. Munoz-matsia ennenhän Leben oli tapansa mukaan lopettanut kipulääkkeet ennen ottelua, ettei jäisi huumeseulassa kiinni. Oli kumminkin sortunut pari päivää ennen matsia, vaikka tiesi että käryhän siitä seuraa. Joissain haastiksissa onkin aika sen näköinen, että ollaan highs as angel pussy.

Leben työstää tällä hetkellä omaelämänkertakirjaa. Sitä odotellessa! Olisi myös mahtavaa saada ukkeli Roganin podcastiin tarinoimaan. Sonnenhan on joskus ihan rahalla ostanut Lebeniltä tarinan, jotta saisi kertoa sen omanaan :D.

Attila Vegh ja Shahbulat Shamhalaev suurimmat yllätykset, jotka eivät sinänsä ihmetytä ottaen huomioon Veghin pari edellistä matsia ja yleisen tyytymättömyyden. Shamhalaev oli kahden ottelun tappioputkessa ja Venäjän tilanne vaikuttaa viisumeihin. Des Green on sellainen ottelija jonkalaista ei mikään promootio erityisesti halua, ellei promootio ole WSOF ja tyyppi on entinen UFC-ottelija. Mighty Mo:lla taitaa ura olla paketissa ja Ron Sparksin läskiä kersaa ei tarvitse enää nähdä yleisössä.

En ole ihan varma mitä yritit tällä giffillä viestittää, mutta käytän tilaisuuden hyväksi ja laitan tähän Sherdogilta lukemani postauksen liittyen Cerronen väitettyyn käyttäytymiseen. Osuu mielestäni todella hyvin asian ytimeen.

I hesitated to bring this up but since you did and because I keep seeing the same quote popping up over and over saying something like "I'd love to see what you'd do if donald cerrone grabbed your girls ass, I dare you to do something"

it's that kind of attitude, and "I dare you to do something" gross misuse of these God-given abilities and training that these fighters have that is not only terribly TERRIBLY wrong.. but it could absolutely lead to a tragic escalation.

If a normal person does something to my girlfriend, it results in a fight. If someone I know I can't beat in a fight does something to my girlfriend, other more horrible options seem like the only alternative to doing nothing.

No amount of mma training makes you bullet proof.

But nobody wants it to go there. I don't want it to go there. So for fucks sakes, fighters, just keep yourself in check. Don't put a regular joe in a position where he'd normally have to fight you because you know how horrendously unfair that is.

It's almost like (and I really hate making this comparison cause fighter's egos are big enough as it is) like a superhero taunting a normal person. It's just fucking wrong. Someone douchey enough to do that almost deserves to be kneecapped.

Believe it or not, training doesn't put you above people. It doesn't put you above the rules (written or unwritten). It actually is supposed to do the opposite. Training is supposed to instill enough character in you that you wouldn't go around picking fights or putting people in the position to want to fight you.

So OP, with your "why the fuck has everyone turned on Cerrone" bullshit. The basic idea above all else is that Cerrone's misuse of his abilities (by saying "what are they going to do? I'll knock them out") is unforgivable.

Someone who misuses their gifts like that deserves to have them taken away
