Mostly I train about 5 times in a week in a Gym formely known as Gold's Gym but they've change the name so often I don't even know what name it has nowadays.
I love watching movies, listen good music and just relax in my free time. I love good food, I'm a pretty good cook. I also have some artistic skills so I draw and paint.

I started training in 1992. First I trained powerlifting and just went to the gym for fun. In 2002 I competed in military bechpress competition in national level, I came 2nd and next year I won the Finnish Championships. I lifted my own bodyweight (72,5kg) 48 times!
Hvordan ser en helt vanlig dag ut i ditt liv? How does your day look like. What do you do when etc.

All my days are pretty much the same after another. I wake up early 4:00 or 5:00 in the morning, take a one hour of cardio, then hit the shower and eat breakfast. I go to work at 7:00 and I'm in the gym about 16:00. 1,5 hours of training and 30 minutes of cardio. Then I just go home and relax. Pretty simple?
Hva er dine mål og ambisjoner? Your goals and amibition?
My goal is to someday go to the world championships and get to the finals. Maybe in the year 2008? I don't have much of an ambitions. I just wan't to be healthy and hvae a good life. I'm a very social person so I love to get to know new people and have good connections to them!

I've always been the smallest guy and I've a kind of been teased in school. So I wanted to compensate my shortness/smallness with muscles. So that was the one reason to go to the gym. Also I wanted to look good, because I've always liked the easthetics of muscular body.

Yes I am! Especially when I won the Oslo Grand Prix 2007 -80kg class, because I weighted only 71.7kg!
Hvordan trener du?

I train my muscles in five parts:
-Quads
-chest and biceps
-hamstrings, calves
-triceps and deltoids
-back
Training methods are simple. I believe in blood volume training so I use heavy weights only in the first movement. The second and third movement is concentrated only to the feeling in muscle. Mind and muscle is my motto!

Actually I dont have any favourite exercice, I hate all of them (laughs)!! The best burning sensation I get in the triceps training. Also after a great leg workout I feel like a winner.

When I'm not on a diet I eat pretty clean but I don't count my calories. Read meat, fish, chicken, pasta, potatoes, and rise.
When on a diet I eat only chicken and rise. Porridge in the morning and quarc and pineaple chunks before bedtime. About 3500 calories per day.
Bruker du kosttilskudd? Do you use supplement?
I use recovery drinks, glutamine, creatine, fish oils and multivitamines.
Hvilket kosttilskudd vil du anbefale til andre og hvorfor? Which supplement do you recommend to other?
The best thing is the recoverydrink which contains both proteine and carbs. Creatine is also a very good supplement!
Hva er dine beste løft med vekter? Whats your best lift in wheights?
My best benchpress result is 4x180kg at 72kg. Shoulder press behind the neck:4x105kg. I have squatted 5x200kg and I went as deep as possible. I don't want to go too heavy because I'm afraid of injuries. And, I am bodybuilder not a power lifter, so I don't even believe in those superheavy sets of 1 or 2 reps!
Har du noen forbilder? Do you have some idols?
I do. I've always admired great posers like Lee Labrada and Bob Paris. Of course Arnold is an icon in bodybuilding, but also Dorian Yates had a deep impact in me when I saw his grainy and rock hard physique!
Hva motiverer deg? Vad motiverar dig? Mikä motivoi sinua?
You are never completed in bodybuilding. There is always some weak points in your body which need to be trained and improved. That keeps me going. I want to improve, to be better and better. Not necessarily bigger. Of course I want more muscle but only in to the point when it doesn't change my body structure to less easthetic form.
Hva gjør du for å komme i form? What do you do to become in shape?
To be in a great shape you just have to suffer the feel of starving. Eat just enough to keep going.
Har du noen tips for å få fart på forbrenningen? Do you have some tips to speed ut the metabolism ?
Drink a lot of water, cardio and eat every 3 hour.
Hva synes du er din beste prestasjon? Whats your best performance?
I think it was in the Oslo when I won the best poser award. It was so great show in every way!

Chicken and rise! Keep it simple but spice your food with different spices like cajun spice mix. Thats my favourite.

I think it is my back and my arms.
Hva er ditt treningstips til nybegynnere. Tips to a beginner?
I've trained over 15 years so don't expect to get huge muscles right away. Be patient!
