the point is in this case it doesn't matter because if you burn more 'fat calories' during cardio your body compensates by burning more carbohydrate the rest of the day and if you burn more 'carb' calories during cardio your body burns more fat the rest of the day. The net result is not different. I'd really recommend reading the paper again and listening to my interview as I go more into depth with my thoughts on it.
