Motivoivaa ja mielenkiintoista tekstiä kehonrakennuskilpailuihin valmistautumisesta!!

Monet skeneä seuraavat tuntenevat jutun, mutta postaan sen silti.
Jeff McFarland on kaverin nimi.

Jeff McFarland PT sanoi:
A little update from yesterday...After having eaten several donuts prior to the shoot, I ate IHOP later on yesterday afternoon. A big steak omelet and a stack of pancakes with syrup and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream on top. Mmmmm....lemme tell you...that shit hit the spot. Know what happened? I woke up this morning a pound lighter. LOL

Muutenkin olen aina tykännyt kyseisen miehen teksteistä, asiantunteva jannu joka osaa kirjoittaa.

Näin on. Tuo uusia ulottuvuuksia lajiin!

Pistääkös Pexxi linkin tänne jahka kisakuvat tulee mayhemiin? Hyvää kamaa.

Totta kai! I aim to please eli "Tähtään nautintoon"... :D

2 weeks out ja uutta threadia:

"I meant to get this thread started earlier in the week, but I've just been too busy up to this point. The delay's at least allowed me to gather a pretty good amount of content in the meantime, and I doubt anything I could've posted Mon-Wed would've even come close to competing with Isabelle's thread anyway. LOL Threads like those are obviously one reason we come here, but I hope this one can serve as the perfect example of the other.

This is probably the most intense and exciting week there is in a prep, and I hope this thread will successfully illustrate that. It's usually in this week that the prep is "taken to that other level." This week is unquestionably the one in which everything starts to fall into place, giving a glimpse of what the final week has the potential to produce. At this point, you're deploying the landing gear and beginning the decent for that perfect landing on the day of the show. The changes seen in this week are usually dramatic, but usually really only the sole result of supplemental manipulation. The training, cardio, and posing actually peak this week, which like I said before, makes it the most intense time you'll find in a precontest phase.

Anyway, Tuesday night Mike called from the Firehouse to ask me if I'd meet his friend Steve McLeod at Gold's later that night to get some pictures for the board. Steve just won the Jr. Nationals 2 weeks ago, so I said sure. What resulted was my getting the chance to have a little inpromptu posedown with him in the Gold's posing room, which Mike got shots of. I think it's a pretty interesting comparison, being as how:

1) We're both of similar bodyweight...on the Gold's scale that night, he'd just weighed 220, and I, 226 (both with clothes on). He's 5'10" or 11", and I'm 6'1".
2) I'm 2 weeks pre-contest and he's 2 weeks post-contest.
3) He just won the overall at the level I'd consider to be one above the level I'll be competing at come July 10th, and it's always good to know where you're at relative to where you wanna go.
4) Both our last names begin with "Mc-," and while I sported a Sean Jean cap to the shoot, he had the same design on his T-shirt. The similarities were so uncanny, I actually think we may be long lost brothers or something...maybe even my "brother from another mother," as Tony Freeman referred to Bob Burke in a prior thread.

All kidding aside, Steve still looked great. He had what I called "that Darryl Stafford Vascularity" all through his quads, hams and calves. Just SICK! He'd just eaten a big meal at the Firehouse, but he said he'd actually lost 6 pounds over the course of the day from 2 photoshoots he'd done prior to meeting me. I was pleased with how well I held my own standing next to him, but you guys can judge for yourselves.

Steve was a VERY nice, helpful, and humble guy towards me. He's definitely the sort of person I like to see win, capable of representing the sport with true style and grace."

Strydom in da house ja väriä saanut Jeff!

(threadi sama kuin yllä)

Pari uudempaa kuvaa...alle viikko jäljellä!!

Keskitysleirilook...

Kyllä kireys vain luo mielenkiintoisen illuusion. McFarlandhan on 6'1" pitkä (185 cm) ja painaa threadin viimeisimpien päivitysten mukaan (juuri noiden keskitysleirikuvien aikaan) 211 paunaa eli noin 96 kg.

No, suurin piirtein 185-senttisiä, 96-kiloisia perustiukkoja (vatsat ja kyljet näkyvät) kavereita on uskoakseni Suomessakin aivan kyllästymiseen saakka. Mutta jos yksikään näistä tyypeistä näyttää yhtä kovalta kuin Jeff noissa kuvissa lupaan juoda 2 kuukauden sisään tölkillisen alkoholipitoista juomaa.

Ripped for her pleasure.

"Jeff got crushed. He was near last in his class. He had a tiny waist, but that is all he had. Thickness wasn't there at all, no muscle density in the upper body, and he wasn't even as ripped as most of the other guys. His legs were his only saving grace (beisdes the waist), but this contest was far beyond him. For a local contest there were several national level dudes there. I think it will take Jeff 3 more years to reach this level.

For an ectomorph, Jeff should relax on the cardio and only do 2 15-20 minute sessions daily, not 45 min sessions. He looked too flat and depleted. If he was in better shape he would hold onto his mass more during the stress of diet. He should consult Frank Zane on how to train. I'll give props to the guy for taking a chance and competing. Following his prep was pretty cool. I actually bought a ticket to the pre-judging just to see him. Hopefully he gets his training perfect and figures out the best routine for him."

Se ei näköjään kannattanut toi attachments-kansioni siivoaminen...kuvat hävisi!
