"Lämmittelyinä" toimii yksi kolmen toiston sarja 90:llä ja 110:llä kilolla. Työsarjat 140:llä kilolla viisi kolmen toiston sarjaa. Näin sen itse ymmärsin.
 
Osaako kukaan heittää tuohon ohjelmaan about noita prosentteja? Kun en tiedä paljonko mies on tuota reenatessaan itse max vedellyt..
