Jay was on his way to his Doc to have him take a look at his right calf. Earlier that day he was doing heavy front squat and rolled a little back on his foot, a little later while walking he felt a sharp pain and heard a pop sound, barely unable to walk he feared the worse, a tear but after seeing his Doc, he called today and said that he was already a lot better and that he injured a small part of his calf underneat the major muscle. The Doc assured him that it was not serious and that he'll be all back to normal in 5 days. Jay is asking me to post this for you because he's guest posing this coming Saturday in Chicago and he's still going, even though he kind of walk funny, he still has some swolling that will disappate soon, but he knows that once people see him like that, rumors will fly, so do not panic, there is no need to.
